TOUR PLAN
Ballarat / Sovereign Hill & Wildlife Tour ( 8am departure) appx 10 hours
- Make our way to Ballarat city, passing through historical towns such as Bacchus Marsh.
- Drive through Ballarat city taking on the sites of historical buildings and statues, learning about history of this old township, such as the Eureka Stockade.
- We then visit the Ballarat wildlife park. A native bushland habitat. Here we can get up close to nature Australian animals, feed kangaroos and meet cuddly koalas and see Tasmania Devils.
- Continue on to Sovereign Hill, a recreation of 1850’s gold mining town of Ballarat. Here you can try gold panning, or mining tours and visit the Gold Museum. (lunch own expense).
- For large groups we offer German, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking tour guides on request.
